Step 1: Download Your Files

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files from your customer account page. Download the file and save it to your computer.

Step 2: Extract the ZIP Folder

Most designs are delivered in ZIP format. You must extract or unzip the folder before using the files. Right-click the ZIP file and select “Extract” using your computer’s built-in tool or ZIP software.

Step 3: Select the Correct Format

Open the extracted folder and choose the file format compatible with your embroidery machine. Common formats include PES, DST, JEF, EXP, VP3, and others as listed on the product page.

Step 4: Transfer to Your Machine

Transfer the selected file to your embroidery machine using a USB drive or your machine’s recommended transfer method. Refer to your machine manual if needed.

Important Tips

• Perform a test stitch on scrap fabric before final production.
• Use proper stabilizer for your fabric type.
• Avoid significant resizing, as it may affect stitch density and quality.
• Ensure your machine settings match the design specifications.
