Digital Products Only

All items sold are digital machine embroidery design files. No physical product will be shipped. You are responsible for confirming compatibility with your embroidery machine and software before purchasing.

Delivery and Downloads

After purchase, you will receive access to download links through email and/or your customer account. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your files. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party email providers, device limitations, or user error, but we will provide reasonable assistance if you contact support.

License and Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files in accordance with our License terms. You may create physical embroidered items for personal use and small business sale, unless stated otherwise on a product page or our License page.

Prohibited Use

• You may not resell, share, trade, gift, or redistribute the digital files in any form.
• You may not upload, publish, or distribute the files to any website, marketplace, social platform, cloud folder, or file-sharing service.
• You may not claim the designs as your own or register them as trademarks, copyrights, or digital assets.
• You may not convert, digitize, trace, or modify the files for the purpose of reselling or distributing them as digital products.

Quality and Stitch Results

Embroidery results may vary based on fabric type, stabilizer, hooping, thread, needle, machine settings, and operator skill. We do not guarantee identical results across all machines and materials. We recommend test stitching before final production.

Refunds

All sales are final due to the digital nature of our products. Please review our Refund Policy for details regarding technical issue support.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, previews, text, and website content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Purchasing a file does not transfer ownership of the design or artwork.

Account and Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or refuse service in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product.
