What file formats do you provide?
Each design includes multiple machine embroidery formats to ensure compatibility with a wide range of embroidery machines. The available formats include:
ART, EXP, KSN, DST, DSB, DSZ, DGT, 100, CND, JEF, VP3, SEW, EMD, PES, PEC, VIP, SHV, HUS, PCD, PCQ, PCM, XXX, and CSD.
Commonly used formats such as PES, DST, JEF, EXP, and VP3 are included. Please refer to the product details to confirm the specific formats available for each design.
Is this a physical product?
No. All products are digital machine embroidery design files delivered via instant download. No physical item will be shipped.
Can I sell items made with your designs?
Yes. Small business commercial use is allowed. You may sell physical products stitched using our designs. Please review our License page for full terms and any production limitations.
Can I resell, share, or modify the files?
No. You may not resell, share, trade, gift, or redistribute the digital files in any format. You may not claim the designs as your own or convert them into other digital products for resale.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for accidental purchases or incompatibility issues. If a file is corrupted or incomplete, we will provide a corrected version.
How do I download my files?
After purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. You may also access your files through your customer account page.
The files are in ZIP format. How do I open them?
Most designs are delivered in ZIP format. You must extract or unzip the folder before transferring files to your embroidery machine. Use your computer’s built-in extraction tool or standard ZIP software.
How do I know if the design will fit my hoop?
Each product page includes size details in inches and millimeters, along with recommended hoop size. Please confirm your machine and hoop compatibility before purchasing.
Can I resize the design?
Minor resizing may be possible. However, significant resizing can affect stitch density and quality. We recommend doing a test stitch before final production.
What if my stitch-out does not look correct?
Results can vary depending on fabric, stabilizer, thread, needle type, and machine settings. We recommend proper stabilization and a test stitch. If you believe there is a technical issue with the file, contact support with photos and details.
How long will I have access to my downloads?
You will have ongoing access to your purchased files through your account. We recommend downloading and backing up your files after purchase.
Do you offer custom digitizing services?
At this time, we focus on ready-made embroidery designs. If custom services become available, updates will be announced on our website.
