Stitching Tips

Use a medium-weight cutaway stabilizer across all sizes to keep the long horizontal run stable and prevent the arched baseline from shifting during stitching. On athletic knits and stretch jerseys, cutaway is essential even at smaller sizes as the dense black fill across the wide character bodies will push lightweight fabric without firm backing. Test stitch on a scrap piece before production to confirm the red border and turquoise outline seat cleanly between the letter edges at your chosen size.
