Recommended Uses

Jacket backs and large hoodie chest placements at 6 to 7 inches, adult left chest and polo placements at 5 inches, structured cap fronts and side panels at 4 inches and below, and bag embroidery, patch builds, and badge-scale applications at 2 to 2.5 inches. The strong black base holds contrast on red, white, gray, and silver garments without losing the mark against the fabric.

Stitching Tips

Use a medium-weight cutaway stabilizer on knit, fleece, and stretch fabrics to support the dense black fill and keep the angular pointed tips from pulling during stitching. Tearaway works on woven cotton and structured twill. On pile fabrics, apply water-soluble topping before hooping to prevent pile from interfering with the white satin border edges. At 2 and 2.5 inches, reduce machine speed through the red slash accents and white inner F border lines where the fills are narrowest and closest together.
