Stitching Tips

Use Broncos gold for the shield field, outer border, and BRISBANE wordmark, and Broncos red for the bronco head fill and diagonal speed stripes. Red-on-gold boundaries require a sequenced two-pass edge: stitch the gold field first as the base layer, then place the red elements on top with their own underlay to prevent red thread from sinking into the gold base. Use a medium-weight cutaway stabilizer on knit and stretch fabrics. For smaller sizes on textured fabric, apply water-soluble topping to preserve the narrow diagonal stripe spacing and the facial contour channel lines during stitching.
