Buffalo Bills Heritage Roundel Embroidery Design | EST. 1960

A classic sports roundel with a wide red outer ring carrying BUFFALO BILLS arching across the top and EST. 1960 along the bottom in large white collegiate letters, flanked by dot separators. A royal blue center disk holds the charging buffalo as a white outline illustration with the red speed stripe filling the interior of the stripe shape. A thick white satin outer border wraps the full badge. The outline buffalo treatment against the blue background gives this version a vintage, commemorative patch quality that the solid-filled badge design does not have. Stitching Tips

The wide red ring is a large continuous fill that runs for a significant portion of total stitch time. Keep machine speed consistent through this section and avoid stopping mid-fill if possible, as restart points create visible density variations in dense satin fills on smooth fabrics. Use a firm cutaway stabilizer on all fabric types. On lighter weight fabrics like cotton jersey or pique, use a double layer of medium cutaway. The white outer border stitches last, so any hoop distortion from the preceding dense fills will show there. Proper stabilization from the start is the most effective way to keep the outer ring round and the border width consistent.
