The navy C and the growling bear head merged into one composition. An orange oval fills the interior of the C, the bear head sits centered inside it, and the navy C arc forms the outer boundary with a white outline separating the letter from the orange background. The letter and the mascot are inseparable in this design — the complete Bears brand mark in a single horizontal placement that works equally well on cap fronts, left-chest badges, sleeve patches, and centered chest on hoodies. Structured and unstructured caps, left-chest placements on polo shirts and hoodies, sleeve badges on outerwear, tote bags, and football jersey chest panels. The horizontal oval sits naturally on cap fronts at 4 to 5 inches and works as a compact left-chest badge on woven shirts. At 5 to 7 inches it carries a hoodie chest or sweatshirt front as a complete team identity placement.
Stitching Tips
The orange oval stitches first and covers the largest fill area. Keep thread tension consistent through this section as the bear head and C border register directly over it — any surface irregularity in the orange base will show through the fills that follow. Use a firm cutaway stabilizer on knit and stretch fabrics. On twill caps and woven canvas, medium tearaway handles the density well at 4 inches and above. At 2.5 and 3 inches on fine fabrics, a water-soluble topping over the orange background area helps the navy bear head fills sit cleanly on the surface.
