The badge silhouette is a wide rounded shape with softened corners and two small pointed navy wing tips extending outward from the left and right center edges. The full badge interior is filled with navy satin. A football lace graphic in the upper badge zone consists of a curved horizontal white satin lace line with five or six white vertical bars crossing it above and below in the classic lace cross-stitch pattern. In the lower badge center, an outline star is constructed as a white satin border path tracing the full five-point perimeter with the navy badge fill showing through the open interior, no fill, no inner ring. Below the badge, COWBOYS is set in large bold navy block lettering with rounded stroke ends sitting directly on the garment surface with no border or background fill. Stitching Tips

Stitch the navy badge fill first as the base layer, then the white lace bars, then the white outline star path, then the wing tips as independent elements, then the COWBOYS wordmark below. Completing the outline star after the badge fill keeps the white border path clean against the navy field at all five star points. Use a medium-weight cutaway stabilizer on knit and stretch fabrics. At 3 and 3.5 inches on textured fabrics, apply water-soluble topping to preserve the outline star border width and lace bar definition during stitching.
