The five notch points between the inner and outer star boundaries show as open triangle-shaped zones where the white ring meets the garment surface. No background fill. Below the star, COWBOYS is set in bold navy satin block serif capitals with open counter spaces, positioned to align horizontally with the widest point of the star above. Recommended Uses

Center chest on hoodies and crewneck sweaters, left-chest on polo shirts and fan jerseys, cap fronts at 3 to 3.5 inches, and sleeve or jacket placement at the larger sizes. The navy and white open-field construction reads cleanly on white, gray, black, and silver garments without any background fill constraining the color relationship.

Stitching Tips

Stitch the outer navy fill first, then the white ring as a raised pass above it, then the inner navy fill centered within the white ring. This sequence keeps the white ring elevated above both navy fills and prevents either navy layer from encroaching on the ring edges at the point tips. Use a medium-weight cutaway stabilizer on knit and stretch fabrics. At 3 and 3.5 inches on textured fabrics, apply water-soluble topping to preserve the white ring tip geometry at all five outer star points.
