Stitching Tips

Use a medium-weight cutaway stabilizer for the circular patch and the full-body rearing horse on all knit, fleece, and performance fabrics — both carry enough fill density across broad areas that tearaway will not hold the fabric flat through the full run. For the BRONCOS FOOTBALL oval text design, which is entirely satin column lettering with no fill background, use tearaway on woven fabrics with a topping layer, and set tension slightly looser than standard to prevent the bold rounded letters from bunching at the curves. Designs 1 and 2 are the most practical choices for cap embroidery due to their horizontal proportions. For any design exceeding 30,000 stitches, check that your machine's bobbin is adequately filled before starting to avoid a mid-run change on a large hoop placement.
