Stitching Tips

Use a medium to heavy cutaway stabilizer to support the dense blue circular fill and maintain circular badge shape through the full run. Ensure firm and even hoop tension before stitching as the curved DENVER and NUGGETS lettering paths are sensitive to uneven tension that can cause characters to drift from the arc. Mark the center on your stabilizer before hooping as any off-center alignment will show on the finished circular border. At 3.5 and 4 inches, reduce machine speed through the curved text sections where the white letter fills are narrowest against the blue field.
