Recommended Uses

Basketball jerseys and shorts, centered chest on hoodies and crewnecks, structured cap fronts at 4 to 5 inches, beanies, tote bags, and zip pouches. At 2 to 2.5 inches it works as a sleeve badge, collar tag, or small accessory placement. The tall vertical proportions make centered chest and structured cap front the strongest placements across most garment types. Red pops cleanest on white and light gray fabric. On darker garments, use a bright fire red rather than deep burgundy to preserve the logo's energy against the background.

Stitching Tips

Use a light to medium cutaway stabilizer on stretch fabrics and tearaway on woven items. Use a fresh needle before stitching at 3 inches and below as the exhaust spike tips are the finest elements in the design and a dull needle on narrow satin columns at small sizes is the most common cause of thread breaks and uneven taper edges. Check that top and bobbin tension are balanced before starting as any inconsistency will show on the smooth satin fills of the R body. The orbit ring crosses the letter stem in a specific layering order to read as wrapping around rather than sitting flat, so do not resequence colors if your software prompts for it.
