Stitching Tips

Stitch HOUSTON first, then TEXANS below. Ensure the garment is hooped with equal tension on both sides before stitching — the shallow height profile makes this design sensitive to lateral hoop tension differences. Use a medium-weight cutaway stabilizer on knit and stretch fabrics. At 3.5 and 4 inches on textured fabrics, apply water-soluble topping to preserve the X crossing zone precision and letter edge sharpness on both lines.
