The Kansas City Chiefs interlocking KC lettermark as a standalone freestanding element with no surrounding frame, field, or background fill. The K sits at the left with its vertical stem, upper diagonal arm extending to the upper right, and lower diagonal leg extending to the lower right. The C wraps around the K's right side as a wide open arc, upper terminal pointing upper- right and lower terminal curling back toward the lower center. Both letters are filled in red satin. A black satin shadow band runs along the lower and right edges of each letter body creating a drop-shadow effect. The upper and left outer edges of both letters are open-field fill terminations with no border stitch, the red fill edge against the garment the sole definition of the letter perimeter on those sides. Garment color shows through all open areas including the K-C interlocked gap and letter counter spaces. Eight sizes from 3.5 to 7 inches wide.

Cap front panels at 4 to 4.5 inches where the large-scale KC lettermark is the defining visual with no frame competing for attention.
