The New York Yankees team identity as a clean two-ring circular badge with open-field construction and no solid background fill. A navy satin outer ring forms the complete circle perimeter. Inside the outer ring, the white open field carries the arc ring text: NEW YORK follows the upper arc in navy varsity block lettering with each letter rotated to the arc tangent; YANKEES follows the lower arc in the same navy varsity block. A navy inner ring sits inside the text zone, separating the arc text field from the inner circle. Within the inner circle, the interlocking NY monogram is centered in navy fill with the characteristic crossing zone where the N's right stem reads as the foreground element passing in front of the Y's lower diagonal. The garment surface shows through both the ring field zone and the inner circle. Ten sizes from 2.5 to 7 inches wide.
