The New York Yankees interlocking NY lettermark with American flag-pattern fills and no background or containing frame. The N letterform is filled with a navy blue field carrying white five-pointed star accents distributed across its body, referencing the canton of the American flag. The Y letterform overlaps the N at the right side, its body filled with alternating red and white horizontal satin stripes of equal visual width referencing the flag's stripe field. A consistent-width navy satin outline borders the complete outer and inner perimeters of both letterforms. At the crossing zone, the N's right stem reads as the foreground element passing in front of the Y's lower diagonal, maintaining the characteristic interlocked Yankees monogram construction.
