Orlando Magic Shooting Star Basketball Embroidery Design
The Orlando Magic shooting star emblem: a royal blue basketball with white satin seam lines following the regulation ball geometry, framed by a black satin outer border, with five stars in royal blue fill and white satin centers trailing diagonally outward from the left side at graduated sizes. The largest star overlaps the left edge of the ball while the trail extends outward and downward, all five stars outlined in black to hold their sharp points against any fabric color. Without the circular badge frame or team name text, this version of the mark is the most compact and placement-flexible of the Magic lineup, fitting cleanly on cap fronts, sleeve panels, and left chest positions where the full circle badge would be too wide.
Eleven sizes from 2 to 7 inches wide. Minimum hoop required is 4x4 inches. Three thread colors: royal blue, white, and black.

Recommended Uses
Cap fronts and side panels, left chest on hoodies and basketball jerseys, sleeve logos on jackets, sports bags, athletic accessories, and fan merchandise across the full size range. The horizontal proportion with the star trail extending to the left fits cap panels and compact chest placements where the circle badge version would sit too wide. At 5 to 7 inches it works as a centered chest piece on jerseys and tees.
Stitching Tips
Use a medium-weight cutaway stabilizer on hoodies and knit fabrics to support the basketball fill and keep the star cluster elements stable through the full run. On structured wovens and twill, tearaway is sufficient. The two smallest stars at the outer end of the trail are narrow five-point elements with no containing border on the garment side, so ensure the hoop and stabilizer extend past the leftmost star point at all sizes. At 2 to 2.5 inches, reduce machine speed through the star section to keep the satin points clean and prevent thread buildup at the narrow star tips.
