The San Diego Padres "Padres" script wordmark in standalone embroidered form — single-color navy blue flowing cursive, no outline, no background, no secondary color. The P opens with a dramatic tall looping entrance stroke that rises from the baseline, sweeps far to the left and above the x-height of the remaining letters, curves in a wide loop, and descends back through a diagonal stroke re-entering the P body at the upper right before continuing into the bowl and leg. The connected lowercase a, d, r, and e follow in cursive, each transitioning smoothly to the next through thin connecting strokes, and the final s closes with a rounded terminal at the upper right. A torpedo-shaped underline sits below the baseline: a fine point at the left tip thickening through a wider center body and tapering back to a fine point at the right end, spanning approximately the full width of the wordmark.
