Two diagonal lines cross from the upper corners down toward the center, each crossed by short perpendicular tick marks resembling football laces set at an angle. Where the two lines intersect, the tri-star roundel sits framed by a nested ring, holding a T letterform with one star above and two smaller stars flanking its base.
