Stitching Tips
Use a medium-weight cutaway stabilizer on hoodies and fleece to support the circular layout across the full diameter of the design. For cap embroidery, center the composition carefully and verify the top of the ring sits parallel to the cap brim before locking the hoop. Each letter is independently rotated and fill-adjusted for its arc position, so consistent hoop tension across the full diameter is essential to keep the lower half BASKETBALL letters from pulling inward. At 2 to 2.5 inches, run a test stitch first to confirm the curved letters are rendering cleanly and the central icon holds its detail.
