Stitching Tips

Use a medium-weight cutaway stabilizer on fleece and knit fabrics to reduce movement between the stacked wordmark and mascot sections during stitching. Tearaway is sufficient on woven cotton and twill. The red diagonal slash accents in the wing sections are narrow independent satin columns that require consistent hoop tension to hold their sharpness, particularly at 3 to 4 inches. Always run a test stitch on stretch and performance materials before production to confirm tension is balanced across all four color zones.
