Stitching Tips

Use a medium-weight cutaway stabilizer on hoodies, fleece, and stretch fabrics to keep the long horizontal badge from shifting during the black background fill run. On structured twill or canvas, tearaway stabilizer is sufficient. The white highlight fills inside the FALCONS lettering are narrow and require consistent hoop tension to stay clean at smaller sizes, so confirm alignment on a test piece before committing to production runs.
