Stitching Tips
Use a medium-weight cutaway stabilizer on larger sizes to keep the circular badge smooth and prevent shifting during the dense green background fill run. Mark the center on your stabilizer before hooping as any off-center alignment will show on the finished circular border. For cap fronts, additional stabilization supports edge clarity along the outer border through the curved brim. At 2.5 to 3 inches, slow machine speed slightly through the arched CELTICS lettering section to maintain crisp character fills against the green background.
