The bronco head floats directly on the garment fabric with the gold outline and individual free-floating mane strands as its outer perimeter. The head and neck body are filled with red satin. Gold satin outlines trace the full outer perimeter including the crown, brow line, snout, chin, neck edge, and the diamond-shaped chest point at the base. Facial contour lines in gold satin run as raised elements across the cheek, brow, and jaw. The mane extends from the neck and crown as individual gold satin strands, each constructed as an independent tapered element with pointed free-floating tips. Below, BRONCOS in large bold red satin caps and BRISBANE in slightly smaller spaced red caps, both horizontally aligned with the widest point of the mascot above. Garment color shows through all open areas, making this design read strongest on white and light fabrics where the red and gold have maximum contrast. Nine sizes from 3 to 7 inches.

Stitching Tips

Use Broncos gold for the outline, mane strands, and facial contour lines, and Broncos red for the head body fill and wordmark lettering. This design performs best on white and light gray garments. Pay particular attention to hoop tension — the free-floating mane strand tips are sensitive to any fabric migration during stitching, and shift during the mane strand sequence causes visible tip misalignment against the open garment background. Use a medium-weight cutaway stabilizer on all knit and stretch fabrics. At 3 and 3.5 inches on textured fabrics, apply water-soluble topping to keep the narrow mane strand tips and facial contour lines clean.
