Polo shirts, performance tops, structured and unstructured caps, hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, and tote bags. The best Bears design for left-chest placements on corporate or team uniforms where a clean identity mark is needed. At 4 to 5 inches it works on cap fronts and polo left chests. At 6 to 7 inches it carries a hoodie chest or tote bag panel with full visual weight. Note: on navy fabric the outer ring of the C will blend into the background. Best on white, light gray, or orange base fabrics.

Stitching Tips

The C stitches in three passes from outermost to innermost — navy, white, then orange. Keep the hoop firmly in place between color stops and do not release the clamps between passes. Any hoop movement between the three ring sections will show as a visible registration gap at the ring boundaries. A standard medium tearaway works for most fabric types at this stitch count. Use cutaway only on highly elastic knits where the design might distort during wear.
