BENGALS below is set in a heavier weight in black thread, functioning as the visual anchor of the composition. The right-aligned offset between the two lines is a characteristic feature of the original NFL team lockup and is preserved accurately across all eight size files.

Stitching Tips

This design runs fast on any machine. The most important preparation step is hoop alignment. Because the design is extremely shallow, even a small vertical drift will make the wordmark appear skewed relative to the garment's horizontal reference lines. Use a center mark and a horizontal guide before hooping to confirm true alignment before starting.

On jersey fabrics and stretch materials, use a cutaway stabilizer. On woven fabrics, a tearaway stabilizer is sufficient across all eight sizes. The two-color thread setup makes this one of the simplest production setups in a full Bengals embroidery collection.
