Orange satin elements are layered over the brown field to build the entire facial anatomy: large ear flap fills on both sides, a wide brow structure above the eye sockets, deep jowl folds and curling wrinkle channels below the eye line, a wide nose with small brown nostril shadow dots within the orange fill, and a heavy chin and lower jaw mass. Eye sockets are recessed brown zones within the orange brow, each with a small brown pupil dot at center. A white satin vertical stripe runs from the top of the brow to the nose bridge. The spiked collar across the lower badge edge is an orange satin band with approximately seven white satin spike tips pointing inward along its upper edge. Stitching Tips

Use a heavy-weight cutaway stabilizer on all fabric types at the larger sizes given the high stitch count and dense brown fill field. For garments with any stretch content, add water-soluble topping to prevent fabric shift beneath the wide badge fill area. Reduce machine speed at 6.5 and 7 inches to maintain registration precision through the full stitch run, particularly through the orange facial anatomy zones where the jowl channel widths between adjacent orange fills are the most registration-sensitive elements in the design.
