The dome is a wide clean orange satin fill with no logo on the shell, framed by a dark brown satin outer border that traces the full perimeter from crown through the rear base and along the lower chin line. A narrow dark brown crown stripe arcs across the upper dome toward the rear. At the right side, the face opening transitions into the black facemask cage structure: a grid of intersecting black satin bars each with a white satin highlight along the forward-facing edge, creating a dimensional bar-and-shadow construction that reads as three-dimensional metal. Chin strap hardware at the lower front is rendered in white satin with small detail accents. The ear hole on the side panel is an open zone with a dark border ring. Four thread colors. Stitching Tips

Stitch the orange dome first as the largest base fill, then the brown outer border and crown stripe, then the black facemask cage bars, then the white cage highlights as the final pass. Running the white highlights last ensures they sit cleanly above the cage bar fills at every intersection point. Use a medium-weight cutaway stabilizer on knit and stretch fabrics. At 2 and 2.5 inches on textured fabrics, apply water-soluble topping to preserve the cage bar and white highlight detail during stitching.
