COWBOYS occupies the center in bold serif lettering, royal blue fill with no outer border, the garment serving as background, open counter spaces inside applicable letters. Below the wordmark, a rounded rectangular football panel in royal blue fill carries a white lace assembly at center: one long horizontal crossbar with five evenly spaced vertical stitch bars. Two small royal blue triangular wing tip elements flank the panel at left and right with white satin border edges, their points extending outward to reference the ends of a regulation football. Recommended Uses

Center chest on jerseys, hoodies, and long-sleeve shirts where the vertically structured three-element lockup fills the embroidery window with natural visual hierarchy. At 5 to 6 inches all three elements are fully legible and the lace panel detail reads clearly. Cap front panels at 4 to 4.5 inches. Works on both white and gray garments where the royal blue reads with full saturation.

Stitching Tips

Use a firm cutaway stabilizer on knit and stretch garments. For woven fabrics a medium tearaway is sufficient. Apply water-soluble topping on light or white garments to prevent the royal blue fill from bleeding around the no-border letter edges. Reduce machine speed when stitching the lace bar assembly and star point tips at 3 inches and below.
