Stitch in zone sequence: navy upper field first, orange lower field, then mascot white head fill, then navy outline and detail passes, then orange mane fill, then the DENVER and BRONCOS text arcs last. Use a heavy-weight cutaway stabilizer on all fabric types given the 61,961 stitch count at 7 inches. Add water-soluble topping on stretch fabrics to prevent shift beneath the dense field fills. Reduce machine speed at 6.5 and 7 inches to maintain registration across the full stitch run.
