A three-element vertical lockup in orange and navy. DENVER sits on the top line in spaced orange satin block serif capitals with open counter spaces. BRONCOS occupies the second line in larger bold navy satin block serif capitals, aligned to span the same total width as the DENVER line above. Below both wordmark lines, the lower half of a football is rendered as a wide curved orange satin fill: flat top edge, rounded lower curve, terminating at a lower center point. Two small orange quarter-circle accent shapes extend outward from the left and right ends of the football panel. Navy satin lace bars cross the orange fill in the center: a horizontal curved lace line with five or six vertical crossing bars producing the lace grid. No background fill anywhere. Ten sizes from 2.5 to 7 inches wide.

Center chest on hoodies and sweatshirts, left-chest on polo shirts and fan jerseys, cap fronts at 2.5 to 3 inches, and sleeve placement on jackets and outerwear at mid sizes. The two-color orange and navy open-field construction adapts to any garment color, and the compact vertical lockup is one of the more practical designs in the Broncos collection for structured cap panels.

Stitching Tips

Stitch the orange elements first as base layers — the DENVER lettering, the football panel fill, and the side accent shapes — then the navy BRONCOS lettering, then the navy lace bars over the orange football fill. Running the orange base before navy prevents the navy lace bars from pulling the orange fill at the crossing zones. Use a medium-weight cutaway stabilizer on knit and stretch fabrics. At 2.5 and 3 inches on textured fabrics, apply water-soluble topping to preserve the lace bar spacing and the DENVER letter counter openings.
