Houston Astros Circular Seal Embroidery Design

The Houston Astros official circular badge as a standalone embroidery file. A navy satin outer ring defines the full circular perimeter. Inside sits a bold orange satin border ring, followed by a wide navy satin band carrying "HOUSTON" arched along the upper arc and "ASTROS" arched along the lower arc, both in white block-serif lettering with per-character arc rotation. A second orange satin ring of matching width defines the inner boundary of the navy band and forms the outer border of the large navy inner circle. Within this navy circle, a fully filled five-pointed star occupies the central zone, rendered in gold-yellow satin at the upper point transitioning to deeper orange satin through the lower four points to approximate the two-tone gradient star of the official Astros mark. The H letterform sits centered over the star with white satin fill on the main strokes and a gray satin shadow layer offset below and to the right of each stroke segment, creating a three-dimensional letterpress depth effect. The H is a bold serif design with bracketed serifs at the baseline and cap height of each vertical stem. Eight sizes from 3.5 to 7 inches.
