The Los Angeles Dodgers "Dodgers" script wordmark set over a baseball silhouette in a dynamic overlapping composition. A large white and grey baseball disc fills the upper portion of the design, bordered by a white outer ring at the circumference. A royal blue seam arc composed of short perpendicular satin tick segments runs along the upper curve of the disc surface. The "Dodgers" script overlaps the lower half of the baseball: the capital D with its wide looping entrance stroke, the connected lowercase o, d, g, e, r, and s, and a long underline tail sweeping from the curled left tip rightward beneath the full width of the wordmark to a tapered point — all extending past the disc edge on both sides. The script letterforms are filled in royal blue satin with a white outline following the full outer contour of every connected letterform, connecting stroke, and the underline tail, separating the blue script from the white disc fill and the fabric ground simultaneously. The wide horizontal span combined with the tall baseball upper arc makes this design well suited to large hoop placements and premium patch applications. At 5.5 to 7 inches the composition fills a jacket back panel, left-chest placement on a large hoodie, or stadium blanket patch zone with a complete multi-element graphic. At 4 to 5.5 inches it works on standard left-chest placements where the baseball arc creates visual height above the wordmark, giving the composition more vertical presence than the standalone script at the same size. At 3 to 3.5 inches the compact composition remains readable for small patch applications and sleeve placements. Cutaway stabilization recommended above 4 inches.
