Milwaukee Bucks Deer Mascot Badge Embroidery Design

The Milwaukee Bucks official circle badge with the deer head breaking through the top of the frame: a hunter green outer ring carrying MILWAUKEE BUCKS in white satin block capitals along the lower arc, a cream satin inner field behind the deer body, and the full-face mascot rising from center with the wide branching antler rack extending well above the badge circle. Facial features, nose bridge, antler tine splits, and the geometric chevron chest shape are all defined through white open channel zones carved into the green fill rather than overlaid elements. Two colors do all the work: hunter green and white. The antlers above the badge boundary change the hooping requirements compared to any standard circular badge, and the stitch counts reflect the genuine structural complexity, reaching over 41,000 stitches at 7 inches across nine sizes from 3 to 7 inches tall.

Nine sizes from 3 to 7 inches tall. Minimum hoop required is 4x4 inches. Two thread colors: hunter green and white.

Recommended Uses

Centered chest on hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts where the full vertical height of the antlers above the badge frame can be displayed, left chest on polo shirts and practice jerseys at 4 to 4.5 inches, cap fronts at 3.5 inches where the vertical format fits within the curved panel, jacket back panels at 6 to 7 inches, and Bucks fan merchandise on black, gray, and cream garments where the hunter green reads at maximum richness.

Stitching Tips

Use heavy-weight cutaway stabilizer on all fabric types given the high stitch count and the tall vertical composition. The antler elements above the badge ring require the stabilizer and hoop to extend well beyond the circular frame on the top edge, so use a hoop size that accommodates the full height including the antler tips rather than just the circle diameter. For garments with stretch content, add water-soluble topping to prevent the fabric from drawing up beneath the dense circular fill. Reduce machine speed at 6.5 and 7 inches to maintain registration precision across the full stitch run. At 3 inches the white channel lines defining the facial features and antler tine splits are at their narrowest, so test stitch on your actual fabric before production to confirm the channel edges hold cleanly.
