Centered chest on hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts, jacket back panels at 6 to 7 inches, left chest on polo shirts and practice jerseys at 4 to 4.5 inches, cap fronts at 4 inches, and premium fan merchandise where the richest version of the badge is the goal. On black garments the royal blue and white palette creates sophisticated tonal contrast. On white and gray it produces bold graphic presence.

Stitching Tips

Use heavy-weight cutaway stabilizer on all fabric types given the high stitch count and dual dense-fill structure. For garments with stretch content, add water-soluble topping to prevent the fabric from drawing up beneath the circular fills during stitching. The star cluster elements extending past the badge border on the left side require the stabilizer and hoop to extend well beyond the outer badge edge on that side. Reduce machine speed at 6.5 and 7 inches to maintain registration across the full stitch run. The black outer field is the first quality checkpoint: any pull or distortion in the black fill before the inner layers stitch is a signal to reassess stabilizer choice before proceeding.
