The Phoenix Suns sunburst basketball mark in single-color black: a dense black angular sunburst with eight sharp-pointed rays radiating outward at irregular angles, a circular basketball outline with two curved interior seam lines raised above the sunburst fill as a distinct second layer, and three tapered motion streak trails extending from the lower left each tapering cleanly from wide at the ball base to a fine pointed end. No outer border, no color fills, the black fill reads against the garment color directly, making this version effective on purple, orange, white, and gray without any thread changes. The sharp ray tips and motion streak endpoints are the most demanding elements to hold at compact scale, and this file is built specifically to keep the pointed geometry clean at all eleven sizes.

Recommended Uses
Front chest on basketball jerseys and fan apparel, structured cap fronts for bold team representation, hoodies and crewnecks for game night wear, sports bags, gym duffels, and backpacks, and back panel on varsity and athletic jackets. Performs most powerfully on lighter garments where the black fill creates strong contrast, but also reads clearly on purple and orange Suns garments where the dark thread outlines remain visible against both team colors.
Stitching Tips
Use a medium to heavy cutaway stabilizer on hoodies and fleece to support the dense fill across the wide sunburst body. For structured caps, ensure firm hooping to maintain the sharp ray angles and the fine taper of the motion streaks at the endpoints. The basketball circle outline and interior seam lines are raised satin runs above the sunburst fill, so do not resequence colors if your software prompts for it. At 2 to 2.5 inches, apply water-soluble topping on textured fabrics to keep the circular outline and interior seam lines crisp against the pile surface.
