Cleveland Browns B Football Badge Embroidery File
The Cleveland Browns football-shaped B lettermark badge in brown, white, and orange. The pointed oval follows the silhouette of a football viewed from above: a wide brown satin outer border encloses a white satin interior field. A large bold dark brown B in a serif style with open counter bowls sits at center of the white field. Three horizontal arrow elements extend through and beside the B toward both pointed ends of the oval: an upper brown arrow passing above the upper bowl, a lower brown arrow mirroring it below the lower bowl, and a single orange arrow running directly through the B body on the center axis. All three arrow tips converge and taper toward both pointed ends of the oval. The orange center arrow is the only color accent in the composition and the visual spine that anchors the design in Browns territory. Ten sizes from 2.5 to 7 inches.
Ten sizes from 2.5 to 7 inches wide. Minimum hoop required is 4x4 inches. Three thread colors: dark brown, white, and orange.

Recommended Uses
Center chest on hoodies and tees, left-chest badge placement on polo shirts and fan jerseys, cap fronts at 2.5 to 3 inches, and sleeve badge placement on outerwear. The white interior field reads clearly on both light and dark garments given the strong brown outer border, making this one of the more garment-versatile designs in the Browns collection.
Stitching Tips
Stitch the white field first as the base layer, then the brown outer border, then the B letterform, then the arrows in sequence from outermost to center. This order keeps the orange center arrow as a clean raised element above the brown B fill at the crossing zone. Use a medium-weight cutaway stabilizer on knit and stretch fabrics. At 2.5 and 3 inches on textured fabrics, apply water-soluble topping to preserve the B counter openings and the arrow tip geometry at the pointed ends of the oval.
