Houston Astros H Star Badge Embroidery Design

The Houston Astros primary logo mark without the text ring as a standalone embroidery file. A bold orange satin ring defines the circular outer perimeter. Inside sits a large navy satin circle as the background field. The five-pointed star fills the majority of this navy interior, with the upper point and lower outer points extending to within a few millimeters of the orange ring at the top and bottom boundaries. The star uses gold-yellow satin at the upper point transitioning to deeper orange satin through the four lower points, maintaining the official two-tone gradient construction of the Astros star mark. The H letterform sits centered over the star in a bold serif style with flat bracketed serifs at the baseline and cap height of each vertical stem. The main strokes are white satin, and a gray satin shadow layer offsets below and to the right of each stroke, creating a three-dimensional letterpress depth effect. With no text band or inner ring framing, the star dominates the badge field and the H is proportionally larger than in the full circular seal version. Nine sizes from 2 to 6 inches.

Cap front panels at 3.5 to 4.5 inches where the clean badge format without text fills the panel as a pure graphic mark. Left-chest placement on polo shirts and zip jackets at 4 to 5 inches. Standalone graphic on bag faces, water bottle patches, and small accessory items at 2 to 3 inches. The absence of the text ring makes this a versatile building block for two-element garment layouts where a separate wordmark is placed elsewhere on the garment. The larger star proportion within the badge diameter gives this version stronger visual impact at smaller sizes compared to the full circular seal. Use a medium-weight cut-away stabilizer at 4.5 inches and above.
